Shore Strong 2026

Shore Strong 2026 was the largest in history, with an all-time high of 1,664 donors who gave $127,106. With the generosity of our matching gift donors, the total impact reached an incredible $267,106 in support of our student-athletes.

Funds raised through Shore Strong directly enhance the student-athlete experience by supporting team priorities, training trips, equipment, and more. 

For the second year in a row, Women’s Lacrosse captured first place in the team competition, earning $10,000 and the coveted Shore Strong Battle Belt. Men’s Rowing secured second place and a $5,000 prize, while Men’s and Women’s Swimming finished third to earn $2,500. In all, 11 teams reached their fundraising goals and unlocked custom Shore Strong t-shirts for their entire rosters.

We are deeply grateful to our generous match donors and to every alum, parent, coach, family member, friend, and fan whose support made this record-setting Shore Strong possible. As the most successful Shore Strong to date, this year’s fundraiser highlighted the pride, momentum, and, most importantly, the community that continues to support our student-athletes at Washington College.
