Men’s basketball started the season on a win streak, winning almost all non-conference games except against the Sea Gulls of Salisbury. The Shoremen brought back the Wild Goose Classic, an annual tip-off tournament hosted in Cain Gymnasium, after a 27-year hiatus. The Shoremen hosted Bard and Immaculata in November as their first two games of the season, collecting two wins, 68-43 and 85-73, respectively. The Shoremen finished the year 10-15.

Men’s swimming secured three regular-season home wins against McDaniel, 197-49, Widener, 136-69, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland, 158-103. The team headed into conference championships after a season of personal bests and program records. At championships, Nathan Rawa ’27 earned a shared bronze medal in the 50-yard freestyle while also setting three program records (see story above). Shane Brace ’26 earned a 12th-place finish in the 200 butterfly, and Connor Kravitz-Yoffee ’27 earned a 13th-place finish in the 1650 freestyle. With his performance in the conference championships, Rawa earned a seat on the All-Centennial Conference honorable mention.

Women’s swimming ended the season with four team wins. The team collected conference wins against McDaniel, 183-62, and Bryn Mawr, 150-102. They also took wins over Widener, 110-95, and St. Mary’s of Maryland, 164-96. At the Centennial Conference Championships, the quad of Lauren Paules ’26, Vanessa Fry ’28, Brooke Bailey ’28, and Julia Banker ’28 earned bronze during the 400-yard medley relay. This was the first medal won for women’s swimming since Teresa Draves ’22 in 2022. Bailey and Banker each set program records during championship weekend—Bailey in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:07.90, and Banker in the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:34.52.

Women’s basketball finished their season even at 13-13. They finished 8-7 in conference play and earned the sixth seed in the Centennial Conference Tournament, their fifth straight postseason appearance. The Shorewomen were led by seniors Kaitlyn Boggs ’26 and Emma Robinson ’26, who both sat in the top 50 in the nation in rebounding. Boggs became the 10th player in program history to hit the 1,000-career point mark (see story above). She also moved into third all-time in career points for the Shorewomen. Boggs earned first-team All-Centennial Conference honors, the first to do so in 14 years.
